Each journal collection gives young creatives real experience in design, laser production, cultural storytelling, product development, pricing, packaging, and sales.

Made By Youth Journals brings together design, culture, storytelling, and production. Youth create journal concepts that reflect identity, history, pride, creativity, affirmations, neighborhoods, schools, Greek life, HBCU culture, and personal expression.
The journals are designed as real products, not just class projects. Students learn how to create a design concept, prepare files for laser cutting, select materials, assemble products, photograph items, price products, and present them to customers.
Some journals are ready-to-shop collections. Others can be customized through You Dream We Design for names, groups, events, schools, teams, and special gifts.
