Program Overview

Entrepreneurship, career readiness, and real-world business experience for high school youth.

Smart Hustle HS is YEI’s high school entrepreneurship and work-based learning pathway. Students learn how to identify problems, create solutions, build brands, understand customers, price products, pitch ideas, and bring business concepts to life.

The program connects entrepreneurship with career exploration, creative economy skills, STE(A)M, social enterprise, financial practice, and leadership development.

Students do not just learn about business. They practice business by creating products, pitching, vending, earning income, working in teams, receiving feedback, and building confidence through real experiences.

Why Smart Hustle
