Jade started Jaddie Oils in Summer 2025 through YEI’s MBSYEP entrepreneurship program. As part of her summer experience, she developed her business, practiced pitching, and brought her products to customers through vending opportunities.
Jaddie Oils offers body oil, lip oil, and roll-on oil. The brand is rooted in Jade’s passion for self-care and self-love, with products designed to help customers feel confident, cared for, and refreshed.
Jade pitched Jaddie Oils at KidBizCON and won 1st place. This summer, she is returning as an entrepreneur and working with YEI staff to expand her brand and add new products.
Jade is also a BizBeauty alumni and was a senior at Bard High School this year. She is now preparing for her next chapter as a rising freshman at Fayetteville State University.

Meet Jade.
My name is Jade Carroll, and I am the CEO of Jaddie Oils. I sell body oil, lip oil, and roll-on oil.
My passion in life is to become an elementary school teacher and change lives. My passion with Jaddie Oils is to renovate self-care and self-love.
As a rising freshman at Fayetteville State University, I want to continue making my mark in college and through my business.
