Truly Precious Henna is a youth-owned henna and art brand created by Jazmin, a returning YEI entrepreneur and recent graduate of Richard Wright School of Journalism and Media Arts.
Jazmin first connected with YEI in Summer 2024 when she launched Yourz Truly Apparel through the MBSYEP entrepreneurship program. That summer, she pitched at KidBizCON and began building her confidence as a young business owner.
This year, Jazmin rebranded and shifted her business into Truly Precious Henna. Her work focuses on henna, temporary body art, unique designs, creativity, and helping people feel beautiful, understood, and appreciated.

Meet Jazmin.
Jazmin has been connected to YEI since Summer 2024, when she participated in YEI’s MBSYEP entrepreneurship program and launched her first business, Yourz Truly Apparel.
During that summer, she pitched at KidBizCON and began developing her business voice, customer-facing confidence, and entrepreneurial skills through YEI’s Smart Hustle experience.
This year, Jazmin made a major business move by rebranding into Truly Precious Henna. She chose to follow the area she is most passionate about: henna, art, beauty, and creating designs that allow customers to express themselves.
Jazmin was a senior this year at Richard Wright and is looking forward to continuing her henna business while in college. Truly Precious Henna is one of YEI’s summer MBSYEP continuing businesses.
